Refund policy
Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis at the discretion of the store owner, provided he is contacted within 30 days of the order being marked as shipped. In the event an order is lost in shipping and does no show as delivered in the order's tracking, a refund will be issued at the buyer's request.
Returns are usually not accepted for card products, but can be done at the discretion of the store owner on a case by case basis.
Returns on other types of product may be accepted provided the items in question are unopened and will need to be shipped back at the buyer's own accord and once the product is returned and verified, a refund will be issued for the item(s).
